The Dog Days of August

The "Dog Days of August" are upon us. What does this mean to LaMantia Gallery? It means it's time for some great new releases and exciting offers. As far as offers go, Pino has extended to our collectors an opportunity to acquire his Original Pencil Sketches. New Releases? Arvid, Ford Smith and Kinkade have taken care of that area! Also in this issue we will be featuring the artwork of Frances, Guy Dessapt.

LaMantia Gallery hopes that everyone is enjoying their summer, and reminds them that our Fall Show Season will be here before we know it. This fall the Garmash's are returning in October, and the Nesvadba's will be having their debut US Show with us in November.
    Be well, James

Pino Original Sketches

For years, collectors of Fine Art have been drawn to pencil skecthes by the artists in their collection. A sketch is a unique way to show the evolution of a painting. We are honored that Pino has offered to our collectors the opportunity to own a piece of Pino history.  These Original Signed Sketches are drawn on 16 x 20 beige, 100% Archival Rag Paper with a Sepia Toned Pencil. Whether it's hanging next to your Pino Original Oil, or next to your Limited Edition Canvas, this is a great way to diversify your collection. These pieces are also quite reasonably priced for an Original Pino.

The Paintings of Guy Dessapt

Click Painting for More Dessapt

Whether he's in the city of Paris, painting Central Park in Manhattan or in the French countryside, Guy Dessapt is a master at capturing the moment. Known for both color and texture, Dessapt's paintings are gaining notoriety with International Collectors.  Unlike Limited Edition Canvases, he only sells original oils, so when it sells, it cannot be reordered. Contact the gallery if you have an interest in this painting, or any other of his work on the website.

Ford Smith's "Imagine If"

In "Imagine If" Ford Smith has pushed the envelope on his painting approach. His classic stained glass painting style is present, but the application of the trees is represented a bit more realistically than in the past. Measuring 24 x 48, this canvas would look wonderful over a mantle.

Thomas Kinkade

While you had a chance to view Thom's sketch for his Yankee Stadium Painting in our last Newsletter, the finished Studio Canvas is finally
getting ready to ship.  Please call the gallery for our special promotion.
