S. H. Lee
S. H. LEE — S. H. Lee was born in Canton, China in the 1950s. Mr. Lee studied at the Fine Arts Institute of China. Upon graduation he came to the United States to sell and promote his paintings and to further his art education.
Subject matter for S. H. Lee is quite varied. He paints interior and garden scenes on panel in great detail, along with larger landscapes on canvas.
Since S. H. Lee's arrival in the United States in the late 1980s, his paintings have been well received by many fine art galleries.
S. H. Lee's panel paintings are sized from 8 x 10 up to 16 x 20. The detail in the painting is achieved by working on panels as opposed to canvas, and the fine lines are painted with a brush that comtains a single horse hair. Because of the size of his paintings, they make wonderful groupings.
