Laura McDonnell

Laura’s work is guided entirely by intuition, and she tries to capture the emotions that she feels without any prior plan or expectations. Then the brushstrokes are flooded with colors and textures that are intertwined. This is the creative moment that gives shape to her paintings. She believes that painting is a communication between the soul and the world. It´s listening to her heart and trusting in the process.

 

Inspired by colors and textures, both in art and in life, Laura is very fond of landscapes, nature, and animals. Dazzled by natural phenomena and as a designer she is passionate about fashion and decorating as well.
